In 2004,
Geller International was selected by Zen-Noh of Japan, to represent them for
the import & U.S. distribution of Japanese A-5 Wagyu, Chilled... Into the
USA

(Zen-noh)
全農 = The National Federation of Agricultural
Cooperative Associations is in charge of marketing & supply business of the
JA (Japan Agricultural Coop)

 

As of 2004
The Geller Wagyu team has become America’s leading wholesale import-distributor
for A-5 Wagyu. Our very 1st customer was and remains today

The French
Laundry and some of it’s “sister” venues.

Today, 21
years later the Wagyu we import is distributed across the entire USA continent
to “white-tablecloth” venues, catering companies, etc.

 

The Benefit
of being Zen-Noh’s partner, they do their own quality inspection at the
slaughter-plants for their criteria of quality levels, and they do carcass
selection for us, that helps maintain a specific level of assured grading,
lacey marbling and fine meat texture, and flavor
